The N2-Blast is the industry’s only line of all PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) nitrogen generators, providing longer-lasting and more efficient nitrogen separation technology. Superior PSA technology
As the only Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) nitrogen separation technology provider to the Fire Protection Industry, South-Tek’s nitrogen generators yield an efficient 2:1 air-to-nitrogen ratio versus the 3:1 ratio of competing membrane systems for corrosion solutions. Requiring less feed air to generate the same amount of nitrogen and allowing the feed air compressor to run at a lower pressure and temperature than it would in a membrane system, ultimately maximizes the life of the feed air compressor and other integral components. PSA technology is also longer lasting, to the tune of 20+ years. It is proven to yield 98% and greater nitrogen purity for longer as the air separation material does not break down nearly as quickly as membrane technology.

Our new SMART-Trak allows you to remotely monitor the nitrogen generator from any mobile device. Trending FPS leak rate, equipment runtime, time in air bypass mode, current system status, and maintenance reminders are great features available through the dedicated mobile app. This technology provides optimal efficiency and the most comprehensive feedback on your supervisory equipment – the heart of any Dry or Pre-action system. The BlastOff series, our advanced package of alarms, includes four alerting devices to ensure everything from monitoring purity to quickly finding a significant leak upstream, within, or downstream of the generator before it becomes catastrophic. In addition, the patented AutoPurge System™ ensures that high purity nitrogen is equally distributed throughout the sprinkler piping.
