We work with a consulting company that specializes in Military procurement. They assist your purchasing personnel to quickly and cost effectively make your purchase using the optimum procurement mechanism for your needs.

How can I get training on how to use the nitrogen generator?
Training on operation, maintenance and troubleshooting is included with startup, and available either in person or in virtual sessions for all of our nitrogen generators. This can be arranged directly with our service team, who can be reached using the QR code on your nitrogen generator, or through our website.

What maintenance is required, and how often is it needed?
Typical maintenance includes changing prefilters on the nitrogen generator every 6 months or at specific hourly intervals. Preventive maintenance can vary with the model purchased. Details are included with the O&M manual provided with each system.
Can I take the nitrogen generator with me when my unit deploys?
Deployable and expeditionary models are designed to be easily transported. Stationary models can be moved with proper preparation and packaging. Please contact milsales@southteksystems.com for more information.
Can I run the nitrogen generator using portable power?
Deployable and expeditionary models are designed to be operable with mobile power generators. Please contact milsales@southteksystems.com to determine which nitrogen generators are best suited to your needs.
Do you install the nitrogen generator?
Placement of stationary nitrogen systems, and connections to power as needed, are the responsibility of the end user. South-Tek provides drawings and installation guidelines if required for the equipment purchased, and will start up the equipment upon request, once it is installed.
I am currently using a South-Tek nitrogen generator; I have lost the manual and need maintenance. What should I do?
