Stationary Low-Pressure Nitrogen Generator
The N2GEN-4 system is a low-pressure nitrogen generator specifically designed to deliver nitrogen used to protect NVD’s and optics against moisture during purging and maintenance. The compact design of our nitrogen generator features an on-board air compressor and separate nitrogen storage tank, with quick disconnect for portability. Requiring only a single electrical connection, the nitrogen generator can be wall mounted, installed in mobile shelters, or incorporated into mobile maintenance trailers and containers.
Low-Pressure Portable Nitrogen Generator
The N2GEN 4-HC portable nitrogen generator incorporates all of the features, convenience and reliability of our N2GEN 4 stationary system but with the added benefit of portability. System integration with the durable, easily transportable case allows for a continuous, on-demand supply of nitrogen in remote locations and in hardship conditions. The system is fully operable with case closed for protection. Originally designed for optics maintenance, the N2GEN 4-HC portable nitrogen generator is suitable for any number of low-pressure nitrogen gas needs.
Training Programs

A nitrogen gas generator is a device that generates nearly-pure nitrogen gas via a mechanical process of separating it out of the air. The gas builds up until it reaches a critical pressure of nitrogen, which has various use cases across the military.
What is Nitrogen Gas?
Nitrogen gas comprises about 78% of the air we breathe. The remaining portion of air is largely oxygen and water vapor. Nitrogen is a non-reactive gas that prevents corrosion and remains stable in harsh environments. Oxygen and water vapor are more reactive gasses that can cause equipment malfunction or failure. Nitrogen prevents these gasses from causing harm by creating a barrier of protection to avoid corrosion, deterioration and fogging of sensitive equipment.
