Purity Matters
South-Tek Systems certifies purity levels with in-house testing using Oxygen analyzers that have accuracies of ±2 PPM (parts per million). We also offer additional 3rd party verification using precise chromatography machines which corroborate our factory results and the ability of our generators to achieve purities better than 10 PPM O2 for years in the field. To ensure purity we offer the following solutions:
Standard PLC Packages
- EverPure™: Helps safeguard against a dirty “slug” of nitrogen going out to process by cycling the sieve beds twice upon startup, prior to filling our nitrogen receiver tank.
- FRP Monitoring: Notifies when filters need to be changed to ensure maximum performance.
Optional PLC Packages (many others available)
- Purity Monitoring: Tracks and trends the nitrogen purity going out to process.
- PurityLock™: Allows only a certain purity to go out to the process (i.e. for processes that cannot realize higher purity than the nitrogen generator’s specification).
- PurityProtect™: Ensures Nitrogen going out to the process does not drop below a certain purity, and if so, it will alarm and/or shut off flow.
