The TireBlast™ - Nitrogen Tire Filling Station
The TireBlast™ - Nitrogen Tire Filling Station
is an ideal addition to your automotive or tire shop because it is compact, uses minimal shop space, runs quiet, and
can be mounted to the wall or mounted to the
Nitrogen (N2) storage tank (available option). It
creates its own pure N2 from the air using an internal Nitrogen Generator and makes the gas
readily available for tire filling on demand. Each
unit can be tuned specifically to your shop
compressors air output and can produce 95 – 99.8% N2
purity. The TireBlast™, when correctly sized, will
fill tires at the same rate as you would with a
compressed air system. Installation is simple,
requiring a connection to the existing compressed
air line and in turn the tire filling line can be
connected directly to the Nitrogen storage tank.
Efficient & Compact Nitrogen Tire Inflation System
Each TireBlast™ unit is equipped with an Automatic Shut-Off,
which does not consume compressed air when the
system is lying dormant, thus saving energy and
adding to the longevity of the shop compressor. The
TireBlast™ has multiple stages of high efficiency
pre-filtration, ensuring system integrity throughout
the life of the unit. The TireBlast™ comes in an
array of compact system sizes that can be matched
specifically to your dealership’s/tire shop’s
tire-filling requirements.

Benefits of Nitrogen Tire Inflation
Maintain the Proper Tire Pressure Longer
A Nitrogen molecule has a large kinetic diameter
than an Oxygen molecule. Because of the smaller size
of the molecule, Oxygen is able to permeate through
the rubber in your tires at a rate of 3 to 4 times
more quickly than that of Nitrogen. This means that
Nitrogen will allow you to go longer intervals
before having to take your vehicle to the dealership
or having to manually check your own tire pressure.
Most people drive an average of 1,000 miles per
month and get their oil changed every 5,000 miles.
If ~2.7 psi is lost every month when filling tires
with Compressed-Air, the tire pressure would
decrease from 35 psi to 21.5 psi by the vehicles
next oil change / service. Driving with ~40% less
pressure than what is recommended will decrease gas
mileage, cut down on the life of your tire and
significantly increase the chance of a tire
blow-out. It is for this reason that all 2008 and
newer vehicles are mandated by the U.S. Government
to come equipped with TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring
Systems). These systems set off a warning light on
your vehicles instrument cluster when tire pressure
changes + or - 3 psi.
Conclusion: Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems are
provided for your safety. Filling your tires with
Nitrogen from the TireBlast™ - Nitrogen Tire Filling
Station maintains the recommended tire pressure
longer therefore decreasing the likelihood of being
hassled with a TPMS warning light on your vehicles
instrument cluster. This will cut down on trips to
your dealership since most times these sensors have
to be electronically reset when the tire pressure
drops to an unsafe level.
Protect your Vehicle's Rims & Tires from
Premature Breakdown
Compressed-Air is made up of 78% Nitrogen, 21%
Oxygen and 1% Argon + Pollutants. It is the Oxygen
that is responsible for water vapor or moisture that
builds up within the tire. In decreasing or
eliminating the Oxygen content in your vehicles
tires you are significantly reducing the inner
oxidation of the rubber. This helps to maintain a
strong tire and prevent blow-outs that could leave
you and or your family stranded on the side of the
road. The other benefit of Nitrogen tire filling is that inner
wheel corrosion can practically be eliminated!
Conclusion: Rims and Tires are an expensive part
of any vehicle. A single OEM rim can cost hundreds
of dollars to replace and the rubber that is wrapped
around the rim is expensive, too. In adding Nitrogen
from the TireBlast™ - Nitrogen Tire Filling Station
you are insuring that you get optimal life out of
your rims and tires!
A Nitrogen Filled Tire Runs Cooler
As mentioned above, Compressed-Air contains
Oxygen which is responsible for water vapor within
the tire. As the tire rolls down the road and spins
faster, more friction is created. Due to this
friction, heat is built up within the tire and
therefore the water vapor heats up and begins to
turn back into a gaseous state. As this happens, the
tire pressure will increase as the molecules within
the tire expand. In reducing the Oxygen content, the
tires will remain cooler and you will not see a
significant change in tire pressure as your vehicle
rolls down the road.
Conclusion: By filling your tire with Nitrogen
from the TireBlast™ - Nitrogen Tire Filing Station
you maintain a consistent tire pressure and as a
result are maximizing your tread life, optimizing
your vehicles fuel mileage, and preventing uneven
tread wear.
Nitrogen is a Safe Gas
Nitrogen is a clean, dry, non flammable, safe gas
for your tires. The Airline, Race Car, & Trucking
Industries as well as the U.S. Military all use
Nitrogen for their vehicles. Nitrogen is also used
to preserve foods, protect embryonic cells in
fertility labs, push draft beer from the keg to the
tap and prevent oil well explosions. Nitrogen has
many different uses in all kinds of industries.
Conclusion: In filling your tires with Nitrogen
from the TireBlast™ Nitrogen Tire Filling Station
you are providing the best for your vehicle and the safety of its
passengers, your family & friends!
The Green Effect - Nitrogen Tire Inflation Improves our Environment
Maintaining the proper tire pressure is key! In
doing so you are increasing your vehicles gas
mileage resulting in less fuel consumed. With 220
million vehicles on the road in the United States
today, Americans burn 375 million gallons of gas
each day (www.eia.doe.gov)!
If we could all just improve our fuel mileage a few
percent by using Nitrogen Tire Inflation, we could
save over a billion gallons of fuel each year (www.fueleconomy.gov)!!!
In maintaining a proper tire pressure you are also
preserving your tires and protecting them from
premature tread wear. If every driver on the road
could maximize their tread life it would result in
an immeasurable decrease in the amount of tires
thrown away each year!
Conclusion: The TireBlast™ - Nitrogen Tire
Filling Station not only puts money back in your
pocket by maximizing your tire's life and also your
fuel economy but it saves our environment from
pollution caused by burning more fuel and taking up
more space in our landfills.
