N2 Series - Industrial/Lab Applications

South-Tek Systems engineers and manufactures Nitrogen Gas Generators for use in various industrial and lab applications.

Our N2 Series Generator uses either a PSA system (Pressure Swing Adsorption) or Nitrogen Membrane Technology to generate Nitrogen Purity from 95% to 99.9995%.

High purity Nitrogen is generated by using compressed air and separating the 78% of the air that is already Nitrogen while discharging the other gases. Hence, Nitrogen is allowed to flow freely through the outlet of the vessel.  The Nitrogen molecules are then collected in a surge/storage tank for process use.
